Very different to our usual posting.

Here is a deliberately stylised, slow and mistimed set of basic moves from the #WoodenDummy.

Just pick and choose what you like. Please simply ignore the bits you dont like... no need to make comments about how poor the timing is. It is on purpose just to give a simple idea to those new to the Art.

Tonight (8th March at 18:30 GMT) we are broadcasting the 35 minute discussion on the 6th section of the Wooden Dummy. It is a very interesting and informative presentation.

#WingChun is an Art, and not everything is useful for self defence. But the journey through the Art is enjoyable and challenging.

These ideas were in large part from the 6th Section of the Wooden Dummy, where the poorly named cross stamp kick exists.

This will be here for a day or two just to gauge if this is popular.
