This was one of my most memorable catches early on in my fishing adventures. After learning how to fish for over a year and a half, I had gone to this place specifically on a mission to catch my first smallmouth. This was when I just got a new kayak, my first time in fast moving water, with small rapids ahead. I had to whisper scream because it was early in the morning. I really love fishing!
