In this part, we purify a Shadow Togepi for an Elekid, battle some Team Snagem members, and get the Snag Machine back.
We obtain one Shadow Pokémon in this part:
Togepi: Enter the Outskirt Stand after beating Miror B. and talk to Hordel (the guy on the left). If you have an extra space in your party, he'll give you a Shadow Togepi, which he wants you to purify and return to him. Once you do this, he'll give you an Elekid (named Zaprong) with Fire Punch, Thunderpunch, Ice Punch, and Cross Chop. If you evolve the Togepi into Togetic and give it to Hordel, you will receive an Elekid with a basic moveset.
