One of the roughest objectives to deal with is the witness in Cook the Informant especially when he is enraged. In this video I showcase a strat without a Loadout and with no throwables. With this strategy (and some adapting if the enemy movement is rough) you can kill the Informant consistently every time. Enjoy!
