Описание: We start out milder this morning in the 50’s with some sprinkles around. Highs this afternoon will be in the mid-to-upper 60’s with a few passing showers around. When it not raining, it will be mostly cloudy. Lows tonight will fall into the 40’s. We are keeping an eye on the weekend….A major winter storm is forecast to move through the Southeast. For our area, we are expecting a warmer weekend. Saturday will bring a few showers, mostly cloudy skies and temperatures in the upper 60’s. Sunday will bring showers and storms are the cold front moves through. A few strong storms cannot be ruled out with a level 1 out of 5 risk in place. Cold air moves in quickly Sunday evening as the rain moves out, but it does look like most of the wintry mix stays to our north. Frigid air settles in Sunday night. Highs look to stay in the 40’s with lows in the 20’s starting Monday. By Monday morning, wind chills will be in the teens near the coast and close to the single digits in our northern counties.
