Neighbours spoilers: Karl Kennedy star reveals ‘DAMAGING’ storyline to rock Erinsborough

NEIGHBOURS fans are in line for a big treat in the coming weeks, according to Karl Kennedy star, Alan Fletcher. The star revealed there will is a “damaging” storyline in the works and it will have big consequences for the future.

Neighbours stars, Alan Fletcher, Jackie Woodburne, and Bonnie Anderson appeared on Loose Women earlier today to discuss the Channel 5 soap’s upcoming storylines.

And it seems there will be some serious drama coming up for the Kennedy family in general, hinting the Finn Kelly (played by Rob Mills) drama will continue.

When asked by Nadia Swalaha what fans can expect in the coming weeks, Alan cheekily smiled, knowing what he was about to announce would cause ripples among Neighbours fans.

He teased how he would reveal “one juicy bit”, before explaining how “life-threatening things” art happening.

“Some of our favourite characters in Neighbours may get their reputations spoiled,” he said.

Furthermore, Bea Nilsson (Bonnie) suggested it isn’t over yet, saying how proud she was to come into such a tense storyline.

She said: “The Finn storyline has been incredible non-story drama and that’s what we like here in Erinsborough!”

Alan and Jackie (who plays Susan Kennedy) opened up on their great on-screen love affair.

The Kennedy’s have been a stalwart on the Channel 5 soap since they married in 1978.

But their romance hasn’t been without fault, as the pair are often caught in difficult situations, and have even threatened to split for good.

Furthermore, Karl on occasions has a wandering eye, having bedded Izzy Hoyland (Natalie Bassingthwaighte) previously.

When asked about the infamous affair, Alan laughed: “Oh here we go, here we go!

“There was only one affair,” he exclaimed. “We were on a break!”

Jackie giggled: “They always say that, don’t they? ‘We were on a break.’”

Alan defended his character, saying: “A lot of women wanted too let me know what a scoundrel I was and boys going, ‘Legend!’

“So yeah, a mixed reaction,” he admitted.

Finn vs. The Kennedy’s isn’t the only drama to rock Erinsborough, as Neighbours fans are currently pouring over the ongoing mystery surrounding Cassius Grady (Joe Davidson).

The hunky gardener is hiding a big secret which will be sure to be rock Ramsay Street for good.

But fans will have to be patient until next week to find out what it will be and why it is coming out now.
