Tender Pork loin and leeks with lemon sauce!
Ingredients:
300g pork loin sliced thinly marinate with:
Pinch of baking soda
1 tbsp of cooking oil
1 tsp of sugar
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
Dash of ground pepper
2 tbsp for frying
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
2 stalks of leeks sliced thinly horizontal
SAUCE:
1/2 lemon juice
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tbsp of ketchup
1 tbsp of sesame oil
Dash of ground pepper
1 tbsp of cornstarch + 1 tbsp of water for thickening
Some toasted sesame seed for garnishing (option)
It’s my original recipe and everyone who tasted it really love the meat tenderness and the sourish tasty sauce.
