Reason for Delay: The launch was delayed due to a shortage of charging facilities, which is now being resolved with the partial completion of the Zero Point depot.
CDA's Role: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is overseeing the project and has been working with its contractor, NRTC, to import and operate the buses.
