On 28 August 2025, Louis caught up with Duncan and the team at ITV News London to discuss the launch of his new world-first expedition: The Australian Capitals Run.
Beginning 8 September, Louis will be taking on 8 marathons in 8 consecutive days across all 8 Australian capital cities!
That’s over 330km of running, more than 6,000 miles of travel between cities, all whilst dealing with the challenge of tackling a continent of extreme contrasts in conditions, weather, and environments.
