2 5-6 oz burger patties (80/20 ground beef)
Havarti & Swiss Cheese (Use whatever your favorite cheese is)
Sourdough Bread
2 medium onions (sliced and carmelized)
worcestershire sauce
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
2-3 tbsps butter

Burger Sauce:
1/2 cup mayo
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsps sweet relish or dill relish
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
smoked paprika
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
3 tbsps diced chive
