Masala Bati Recipe Ingredients
2 cup Gehu ka ata (Wheat flour)
1/4 cup Barikwali Suji (Fine Semolina)
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp Ajwine (Carom seed)
1 Pinch Cooking Soda
1 1/2 Tbl sp Deshi Ghee
1/2 cup water
1 Tsp Sabud Dhania (Coriander seeds)
1/2 Tsp Saunf (Ani seed)
1 Tsp Jeera(Cumin seed)
2 Tsp oil
1/2 Tsp Tikhiwali Hari Mirch Ki Paste(Spicy Green chilli paste)
1/2 Tsp Adrak Paste (Ginger)
1 Tsp Lasun ki paste (Garlic paste)
1/4 Tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
1/4 cup Frozen Matar (Green peas)
2 Medium Size Boiled Aloo (Potato)
1/4 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp Kala Namak (Black salt)
1/4 Tsp Chat Masala
1/2 Tsp Amchur powder (Dry Mango powder)
1/4 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/4 Tsp Kali Mirch powder (Black pepper powder)
2 to 3 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
Grease the pan with Ghee
Serve with Green Chutney & Tomato ketchup
