St. Patrick Day Deli Style Corn beef with Vegetables Excellent for any Occasion

The ingredients are:
Cabbage
Carrots
Potato
Onions
Celery
1/2 Stick of Butter
(1) Carton of Chicken broth of your choice
Pepper
Preheat oven for 350 degrees Faren Hight
Cook Cabbage on stove top
when cabbage is cooked down then add remaining vegetable, bakes in oven for 40 minutes until fork tender. At the last 15 minutes of cook time., Then add deli style corn beef. to the Dutch oven, remember to place Dutch oven back into the stove, for the remaining time.
Pour Chicken broth into Dutch oven and 1/2 stick of butter which is (4) Tbsp.
Warm on stove, let butter melt, add Cabbage on the stove and cook down. On top of the stove. Check cabbage halfway to see if tender. Once Cabbage is completely cooked down on top of the stove. Add all the vegetables in. Potatoes, Carrots, Onion, Celery and cook for 40 minutes. When the vegetables are completely done. add the deli style corn beef at the last 15 minutes before the vegetables are to be done. Back to the oven and put timer on for 15 minutes. Total cook time for me was 55 minutes.
This is an excellent dinner, light and not heavy.
Adjust this to your family size.
If Vegetarian Omit the chicken broth and deli- Style Corned Beef
