Ghintang Ghisi is the stick dance performed during Gaijatra (Saparu) festival at Bhaktapur. It is generally celebrated in the month of Bhadra (August/September).
Biska Jatra refers to an annual festival celebrated in Bhaisakh (April) month at Bhaktapur, Thimi and their environs.
Holi, a hindu festival also known as Fagu Purnima is celebrated across Nepal during Falgun (March) month. During this festival there is a special celebration near Dattatreya temple, Bhaktapur.
Bode Jatra is celebrated near north of Thimi in Bhaktapur, an important temple of a Tantric deity Mahalakshmi brings about a strange tongue-boring ritual that falls on during Nepali New Year i.e. Bhaisakh (April) month.
