Instant frozen beer using shock with a hammer, first of all you have to cool the beer down for a few hours in the freezer to the point it is cold enough to flash freeze when hit with the hammer or just slamming the bottle down on a hard surface. This upsets the carbonation in the beer which causes the liquid to freeze instantly from where the bubble starts.
Don't know what the scientific reason for this is, but it looks cool and a great trick to show people. And the best part is after five minutes you get an ice cold beer :)
