Worms World Party Remastered: Custom Missions 1 & 2 - Escape from Artclass & Assault on Beach

Описание: Starting uploading the missions i created a lot of years ago for the archive purpose, expect a lot of these to be uploaded, but i'll try to balance these out as well. Recording 2 missions as well to not spam too much with videos.
On the way, i'll be also explaining the missions and their purpose, as well as submitting them to be playable (and be editable on your liking) once i finish with all of them.

This is a big campaign related to games i enjoyed - Warriors Orochi and Worms. When i saw the missions from developers of Worms - i actually wanted to get my own missions, but instead i didn't get such chance until later on, when i discovered mission editor. I used that chance to realize those missions in editor, but never published them anywhere (and there's no workshop in steam too). Originally i also created them on my native language as well as with a few minor issues in them (such as slow mine spawn before start of mission, for example), but these are something i'm fixing currently.

I had a lot of problems with steam version of this game. It runs with lag spikes for some reason on Windows 10, same for Windows 11, but fine on 7, but i didn't want to go on 7 purely to record that game, so instead downpatched steam version. This means there'll be small windows of the game before gameplay and after it, i decided to not cut those off to show the entire mission and the winner. Since the mission text before the start is very tiny to see, i'll publish those in video description.

0:00 Mission 1: Escape from Artclass
Introduction: Orochi, the serpent king, has managed to subdue the warriors of the Three Kingdoms and the Sengoku under his control, after which he decided to capture the warriors from other countries. Suddenly, ShingerZero, who was one of those warriors, saw the situation and decided to raise an army to stand againist Orochi. The first people he saw in trouble were the Ascot clan. ShingerZero gave the necessary weapons and disappeared from the field, ordering Ascot to run.

Nicknames aren't really doing too much in the whole campaign, however it follows the color and troop idea - blue are our alies and red our enemies. Sometimes red troops are overwhelming, but it depends on mission.
These missions can actually be played with your friend online (not only offline), just make sure to host that mission and open ports to be able to host. The big reason for that is because AI can't do certain things so you can already imagine what happens when only AI is present in these missions.

And now the first mission. Coalition Army are looking for their way to get the marked crate to escape from the Orochi Army. Blue alies don't really have much weapons but they can use weakness of red - when AI attacks. They're usually aren't too much of a treat as long as you know how they work and as long as you're covered.
Red army instead has a lot of worms and also 2 dangerous weapons - Air Strike and Bananas. There's a bug in mission editor that eliminates delay if there's AI present in someone's team, so red army doesn't have delay on these. Normally they're around 6 turns for Banana and 4 for Air Strike if 12 worms are present in red team. So i purposely wait for those to be available in actual time. Originally those weapons were absent but after playing these missions good amount of times i increased difficulty for blues so it won't be an easy journey.
There are also some other minor issues that can be met in editor, but i'll explain more about those later on.
Pretty much everything about this specific mission. It's quite short and not too hard.

7:48 Mission 2: Assault on Beach
Introduction: After the successful escape, Orochi ordered to his allies - pursue Ascot and their comrades. In the meantime - ShingerZero found out more people fighting againist Orochi, so he decided to form the alience with them, coordinate that attack and use that chance to take down the beach, giving a nice amount of weapons for that.

This is a battle with.. not the best defense from the reds so far, but not really much could be done here. Blues are actually limited to the weapons once again, so you have to balance those out to not end up being isolated and far from reds. With such defense - blue army can actually make a use of that, just need to be careful with weapon usage and positioning to not end up being the one to be drown out.
There's also a way to reduce blue worms on mission start, but fortunately for them - grenade from red was missed by few multiseconds, so they escaped death successfully.
