Resource hierarchy levels define trust boundaries
1. Group your resources according to your organization structure
2. Levels of the hierarchy provide trust boundaries and resource isolation.

All GCP services you use are associated with a project
1. Track resource and quota usage.
2.Enable billing.
3. Manage permissions and credentials.
4. Enable services and APIs.

The Cloud Resource Manager provides methods that you can use to programmatically manage your projects in Google Cloud Platform. With this API, you can do the following:
1. Get a list of all projects associated with an account.
2. Create new projects.
3. Update existing projects.
4. Delete projects.
5. Undelete, or recover, projects that you don't want to delete.

You can access Cloud Resource Manager in either of the following ways:
1. Through the RPC API
2. Through the REST API

Folders offer flexible management
1. Folders group projects under an organization.
2. Folders can contain projects, other folders, or both.
3. Use folders to assign policies.
