Cream Sauce
3 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 large egg yolk
Parmesan cheese grated fine about 3 bunches or to desired thickness
Makes enough for two servings of spinach
Spinach
8 oz of spinach
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
Pepper to taste
Makes about 1 bowl serving
