FiberLink™ Tubeless Sealant is engineered to rapidly seal punctures and prevent flat tires. When a puncture occurs, the natural-latex cures rapidly and seals the puncture, simultaneously, Kevlar® fibers flow to the puncture, linking and intertwining for extra strength and durability.

Application Tips...

1. Using a valve core remover, unthread the wheel’s valve core.

2. To prevent clogging, shake the sealant well for 15 seconds before each application.

3. With the valve stem at 1 o’clock, insert the tip of the bottle over the stem. Next, rotate the wheel so the valve stem and bottle are at 4 o’clock.

4. Squeeze a measured amount of sealant into your tire. If you do not know how much sealant you need, you can refer to the dosage guide on the back of the bottle.

5. Rotate the wheel so the valve stem is back at 1 o’clock and remove bottle and reinstall the core and open the valve tip.

6. Now it’s time to inflate and seat the tire to the rim.

If using a two-stage pump: first charge to 120psi, and secure pump head onto valve. Then, release the charged air to fully seat tire. Listen for the pop of the bead seating to the rim to know you’ve successfully seated the tire.

If using an air compressor: charge to 120psi, then install Presta valve adaptor onto valve and release the compressed air to fully seat the tire. Again, listen for the pop of the bead seating to the rim to know you’ve done it successfully.

Finally, to ensure a complete seal, spin and shake the wheel to help the sealant coat the inner
walls of your tire and rim.
