I hope you all are well and excited for this different type of video!
Typically yoga is utilized to help us feel good and to potentially prevent bad feelings. However, being human in life means unpredictability, some of which can bring about difficult feelings. 🫂
"Crash out" has become a popular term in social media to describe going off the rails so to speak. Acting in ways that might be slightly destructive due to a rise or overwhelm in emotions.
We have all been here. I figured what better way to help others than to provide a relaxed atmosphere. A flow specific to much needed release and reconnection with the breath. 🌸
