Описание:
1. Place your right foot on a bench or chair and drop the knee down until your shin is flat on the surface, whilst lowering your left leg down to kneel on the floor
2. Sit in the stretch with your torso upright, breathe and relax your muscles
3. If you want a deeper stretch then gently tilt your torso forwards towards the front leg
4. Hold for 30 seconds or longer, then switch sides
