Switzerland may vote again on ties with the European Union.
The non-EU nation borders four EU member states. Swiss voters in February approved a referendum limiting non-Swiss nationals into the country, including EU nationals.
Last week the EU dismissed extending a pact allowing Swiss workers free movement across the bloc.
