Welcome to the Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi, located in the heart of the Saadiyat Cultural District, which renowned cultural attraction destination in the United Arab Emirates. Abu Dhabi is the capital city of the UAE. It is easily accessible and offers a range of attractions, including theme parks, hotels, restaurants, and shopping centres.

Natural History Abu Dhabi Museum officially opened its doors today, November 22, 2025. The cultural institution spans 35,000 square metres and takes visitors on a 13.8-billion-year journey through time and space. The skeleton of Stan, the world-famous 11.7-metre-tall Tyrannosaurus rex, a 7-billion-year-old meteorite and a recreation of Abu Dhabi from 7 million years ago, are among the star attractions and one of the best family-friendly attractions in the region.

The Story of Earth: This gallery takes you from the Big Bang, through the formation of our solar system, to the origins of life on Earth

The Evolving World: Focused on dinosaurs, prehistoric life, and how life evolved on Earth. One of the standout fossils is “Stan”, a nearly complete Tyrannosaurus rex skeleton. There’s also a dramatic display of two T. rexes locked in battle.

Our World: Celebrates biodiversity and ecosystems: deserts, oceans, ice regions, and more. It shows how life thrives around the planet in very different environments.

Resilient Planet: Explores how life adapts and survives through environmental changes like climate shifts

Earth’s Future: Looks ahead — presents a vision for the future of our planet.
