Here’s another Fantasia trailer from a batch of reels I had scanned years ago, and it’s one of my favorites. To my knowledge, the only digitized versions of this trailer that have ever shown up are in French and Spanish, making this the first and currently only upload of the original English version. I completed the HDR grade for this scan several months ago and immediately noticed the myriad of vertical lines racing through the image. Initially, the plan was to replace the compromised footage with the same scenes from a cleaner, full print scan of the film, which partially explains why I put off publishing the video. I ultimately decided it was best to leave the footage exactly where it was and correct the color as best as possible.
