Hey guys this is a super flavoursome recipe of the classic Chilli con Carne but with a Venezuelan twist and less fat than the original recipe for a healthier option. Is super easy to make and is a great recipe when cooking for a crowd or for batch cooking because to more you leave it in the fridge the richer and more flavoursome it becomes.
I served with over white rice and I cooked the rice using my oven method that gives loose fluffy rice every time, here's the video recipe check it out!
