After getting the run around, I figured out how to clean it myself for very cheap! Everyone can get to the average height ones but what do you do to these very high ones?? I don't do this as a job but I figured out a great way of doing it and after 2 or 3 passes it's almost completely clear for cheap!!! I do hope I helped everyone else with this video.
