In a hugely anticipated 6-3 decision, the court ruled that Trump exceeded his authority when imposing many sweeping tariffs using a law reserved for a national emergency.

The President immediately announcing a worldwide ten percent levy on all imports.

Questions now remain over what will happen to the billions of dollars collected by the Trump administration.
