This is a special case of a diseased Pearl gourami, Tricho leeri, with a bacterial, viral and parasitic infction. Our diagnosis will show bacterial Columnaris, secondary (facultative) parasites Tetrahymena and viral infection Lymphocystis!
We will recommend treatments to try to help the diseased fish.
