APCOB Iconic Building Worth ₹200 Crore Takes Shape in Amaravati

Описание: An iconic building for APCOB (Andhra Pradesh State Cooperative Bank) is being constructed in the state capital Amaravati at a total cost of ₹200 crore, with ₹87 crore allocated for construction and ₹113 crore for interiors and other facilities. The CRDA has allotted 0.495 acres of land adjacent to the Seed Access Road for the project, and construction has already commenced. The building will rise to G+17 floors, spanning a total area of 2.09 lakh square feet, and will feature a helipad on the top floor. It will house APCOB's administrative offices, IT departments, Chairman and MD chambers, along with various other divisions, and the structure will be designed to reflect the letters of 'APCOB' architecturally. The construction responsibility has been handed over to APIIC, with technical support being provided by IIT Hyderabad and the School of Planning and Architecture in Vijayawada.
