A framed cop and an unlucky lawyer form an hysterical alliance when they are forced to trade their careers for flashlights and polyester uniforms. Frank Dooley (John Candy), kicked off the force for a crime he didn't commit, and Norman Kane (Eugene Levy), a defense attorney who lost his job, meet at a bottom-of-the-barrel security guard training school.
