Airo Shot Blast is the largest manufacturer of Automatic Internal pipe cleaning equipments, manually internal pipe blasting tool which is used for clean all type of ID pipe.
Inner Shot Blast tools are engineered for a wide range of pipe diameters & most common blasting abrasives. Every tool handles a specified pipe diameter range with the use of centering equipments.
These pneumatic internal pipe blasting tool use compressed air, Grit, & Sand/ Shot/ Grit blasting machines, A blast hose attached to a customer-provided pipe lance normally in a length that matches the mild steel pipe (MS pipe) to be cleaned. The pipe id cleaning tool is placed at the far end of the pipe & drawn manually through the pipe at a speed determined to clean the mild steel pipe to the desired degree of cleanliness.
The micro blast tool is designed to clean the inner surface of pipes with internal diameter from 1.5” (inch), 2" (inch), 3” (inch), 3.5" (Inch), 4" (Inch) to 75 mm. The Tungsten carbide or boron carbide tip have a blast pattern off circular 360°.
The micro blast connects direct to a ½” blast hose, instead of a standard nozzle, the blast hose & the micro blasting fit directly on the grit blasting machine. This can be manually type or fully automatic type.
The ID cleaning tool is designed to clean the ID of pipes with internal diameter from 3” (inch), 4" (inch) to 13” or 74mm to 350mm.
