Aggressive Woman “Loses Control” and Charges at a Law Enforcement Officer

Описание: On July 22, 2024 Eddy County deputies responded to an emergency call reporting an aggressive woman causing a disturbance and assaulting a law enforcement officer. Officers arrived quickly, detained the suspect, and interviewed the victim and witnesses to determine what happened. After the on-scene investigation, the suspect was identified as Katie Lee Aves (39). She was arrested on a charge of Battery Upon a Peace Officer and transported to the county jail to await her court date. This is body cam footage of the events that followed.
