The matter of the estate of the late former Deputy President David Mabuza has been reserved in the Mpumalanga Division of the High Court. Mabuza's daughter 24-year-old Tamara Silinda filed an urgent application to interdict an investment company from paying out funds to Mabuza's widow, Nonhlanhla Mnisi, pending the finalisation of among others, the review and setting aside of the allocation of 100% of the death benefit to Mnisi.
Slilinda claims in court papers that Mabuza was also married to her mother - Emunah Silinda.
