This is a simple but meaningful job. Before Vietnamese Lunar New Year (Tết), we always clean everything carefully — not only our homes, but also our ships.
Tết is the most important holiday in Vietnam. Cleaning means letting go of the old year, welcoming good luck, peace, and new beginnings.
There is no rush here. Just quiet work, simple tools, and time flowing slowly on the river.
