Our ingredients are
1. 8oz Plain Flour, plus extra for dusting
2. Half a tsp fine Sea salt
3. 4oz Butter, Chilled & Diced
4. 4tbsp ice cold water and 1 egg
5. 2 to 3 large cooking apples around 900g worth of apple
6. 4ox (100g) Caster Sugar
7. Milk to Glaze your Tart
