Here i show u how to fix your Stutters and Lags aswell as how to get the High Resolution Texture Pack.
Basicly Disable all the Nvidia Stuff ingame, disable Motion Blur and put fps Limit on 120. Everything should be on Max if your System can run it. Thats it.
In the DLC Section of the Game you can find the High Resolution texture Pack, butt beware its 63GB big. Dont forget to activate it aswell in the Properties of your Game in the Library.
