The Opening Presentation of IMexS 2025 frames manufacturing excellence through India’s core operational challenges, alongside the positives and persistent gaps observed across years of structured manufacturing assessments conducted nationwide.

It highlights a recurring pattern on Indian shopfloors—where 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 often exceeds 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, and where sustained performance depends on 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗵, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, and 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄-𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵.
