Footage of Luci Johnson as a baby and LBJ, Lady Bird Johnson and their staff and friends looking at a property on the east coast, as well as some footage of the KTBC studios. The film opens with Luci Johnson in the backyard at the Johnson family home on Dillman Street in Austin, Texas. Luci eats and drinks in the backyard. An unidentified small baby sits in chair. Luci walks and holds a bottle.
Next the film cuts to LBJ's staff in Austin. (See also Home Movie 17). Walter Jenkins sits and talks behind a desk. We see unidentified women staff members in the office. J.C. Kellam talks and smokes a cigar. John Connally talks on the phone. An unidentified staff member talks and smiles at the camera. Sam Houston sits and talks in the office.
The next section features LBJ and Lady Bird Johnson with others visiting an unidentified building and grounds near the east coast. We see Lyndon Johnson, Lady Bird and others leaving buildings, walking the grounds, and talking. Eventually LBJ and Mrs. Johnson pose on the steps of a building with an unidentified couple. They all look at the cottage and the grounds. Lady Bird looks at the camera and laughs. We get more views of the surrounding land. LBJ walks near the seashore, and then Lady Bird does the same. We see views of them by a car, and then of buildings and surrounding land.
The last scenes are of Coke Stevenson at the KTBC radio station in Austin, Texas. First, Coke Stevenson talks into a microphone. Coke Stevenson talks to an unidentified man on the couch. We see the front of the KTBC radio station. Coke Stevenson leaves the radio station with others and walks down the street. We see the KTBC studio sign.
