This recipe is similar to the famous soft cheese bread style from Turkey (poğaça) 🧀🇹🇷
But with my simple homemade twist anyone can make easily!

✔ Flour — 320 g (2.5 cups)
✔ Melted butter — 60 g
✔ Warm milk — 100 ml (½ cup)
✔ Yogurt — 50 g (¼ cup)
✔ Instant dry yeast — 1 tsp (5 g)
✔ Salt — ½ tsp (3 g)
✔ Sugar — ½ tsp (5 g)
✔ Egg — 1
✔ Vegetable oil — 30 ml (¼ cup)
✔ Mozzarella cheese — as needed for filling
✔ Egg yolk + white sesame — for topping
