mat1 managed to consistently achieve a reaction time under 100ms in our match in the WESG qualifiers. According to the records, this is a new world record - multiple times in the same match. mat1's team marched on in the league, already 2 matches away from qualifying for the offline Regional Finals for WESG to play for 75k$. He is extra fast, isn't he?

measured by ticks, 128 tick =1 second, 1 tick =7,8 ms and Vegas timer

by lagcompensation,monitor ms we should count -20ms , so he is faster than our measure but I guess it doesnt matter under 100ms.

We requested the demo and protested, but their demogroup told its super reaction but not enough to disqualify. So they are not professional enough or just too lazy to take the time and do the measure. This was taken mat1s 128 tick ineye-demo. So we got dropped from this tournament even with the protest. We are really upset. Mat1 is not human or cheating.
