💩 THE FUCKUP:
Christine stayed for 3 years at a job that she did not loved and not because the volume of work, but the feeling of disconnect that she found herself into ...constantly thinking “How am i gonna deliver the goods?” She started feeling really sad, with a feeling of isolation in the organization. She felt trapped, stuck and did not know what to do.

Named by BC HRMA (now CPHR BC & Yukon) as the 2014 HR Professional of the Year, Christine Maassen holds a Certificate in Industrial Psychology, a B.A.A. in Human Resources from l’Université du Québec en Outaouais, and an M.A. in Leadership from Royal Roads University. She is also a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) who incorporates the research of Dr. Brené Brown into both her life and her work.

In her previous roles and current one, she has been at the helm of large-scale, business-transformation initiatives. She understands and empathizes with the pressure and demands of those in senior leadership roles, she has the ability to find common ground in the midst of conflicting stakeholder perspectives and needs.
