Ingredients

4 tsp of oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp of black pepper
3 medium size onion
15 garlic cloves
2 inch of ginger
4 dry red chilies
2 inch of cinnamon sticks
3 green cardamom
4 cloves
1 or 2 handful of fenugreek leaves
2-step
1/4 cup of oil
1 chopped onion
Salt to taste
1 cup of curd
1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
1 tsp of red chilli powder
2 tsp of coriander powder
1 kg mutton
1 glass of hot water
3 tsp of malai or cream
3 tsp of Kasturi methi
