Happy Women’s History Month! @suse

Описание: Count down to March 8th, I feel a mix of excitement and reflection.

I am grateful for all the work that is being done to recognise and give women a chance. Recently I had the incredible opportunity to speak at SUSE to a global audience and no matter where in the world, the struggles for women remain a challenge:

🚨 - Imposter syndrome still holds many women back.
Women still fight to have their voices heard.
Leadership roles still lack strong female representation.
Many women struggle to find inspirational role models in tech or entrepreneurship.
In 2025, women are still seen as a home maker instead of leaders.

Huge thanks to Emmanuelle & Divya for providing me the opportunity to share jaw-dropping statistics on women's representation—and my personal journey as a woman in tech navigating a career, family, and leadership.

I dream of a world where my girls will have an equal voice at the table, where they aren’t pressured into any type of taboos - choosing between career, education, and family— because men don’t have to. Why can’t we have it all?

Recognise unconscious bias - Next time you step into a meeting—pause, look around:
How many women do you see?
How many women are leading the conversation?

Show some appreciation - No sympathy, just equal representation, opportunities, and a fair voice at the table.
