It is perfect both for high-volume production with heavy glue consumption and for flexible manufacturing where frequent changes of glue type or color are required.
FlexMelter efficiently handles both cartridge and granule formats.
Thanks to Melt-On-Demand technology, FlexMelter melts only the exact amount of glue needed, preserving adhesive properties and color while ensuring flawless panel finishing with outstanding aesthetic and quality standards.
The removable, interchangeable glue container makes FlexMelter the ALL-IN-ONE pre-melter, allowing quick changes of glue type or colour and reducing downtime and initial investment. Its airtight sealing keeps glue perfectly preserved for up to 72 hours when not in use.
