This is Week 1 of my 12-week body recomposition plan on Mounjaro — 32 injections in and 17 weeks on the same 7.5mg dose.

I want to be very clear about the context of this video: this is not Week 1 on the medication. I’m deep into my journey — the phase where many people expect plateaus, body softness, or continued muscle loss.

I didn’t gain muscle this week — but for the first time in over a month, I didn’t lose any either. My muscle mass and fat percentage held steady. And at this stage of a GLP-1 journey, that is progress.
Instead of chasing scale weight, I’m intentionally shifting into a body recomposition phase — protecting muscle, supporting metabolism, and rebuilding strength so fat loss can follow. This is about sustainability, not speed.
