That's Xavier McDaniel, speaking on teammate Shawn Kemp's fourth quarter foray over the top of a ground-bound Bill Laimbeer. While Kemp may have gotten away with a carrying violation near midcourt, he wasn't so lucky with his aerial assault. He was called for a charge and the dunk was waved off.
The play above comes from the second game of Shawn Kemp's sophomore season. After a rookie campaign in which a teenage Kemp averaged 6.5 points off the bench, the 1990-91 season saw him take on the starting power forward position, responding with 15.0 points, 8.4 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks.
The Sonics, for what it's worth, went on to defeat the two-time defending champion Detroit Pistons in this particular game, 100-92. It was one of only two losses the Pistons suffered during their first 15 games of the season.
