1) Go to the following website and create an account or sign in if you already have one.
https://ewf.companieshouse.gov.uk/

2) Navigate to "your companies: then select "Add a company"

3) Enter your company reg number hit confirm and then your companies house Authentication code.

4) Now your company is appearing in your account, select "File for this company"

5) Then find the "Get Email Reminders" section and select Email Activation

6) Add the email you would like to use and wait for the confirmation email.

7) Once the confirmation email arrives confirm that you are happy to receive reminders by clicking the link in the email

8) The link will take you back to companies house where you will need to tick the box that says "I confirm that I am the correct recipient to receive accounts and confirmation statements email reminders for the above company"

9) Then finally select "Activate Reminders"
