Produced by Admiral District. Stirnella is a refined gastro pub with global influences that serves approachable food inspired by local and seasonal ingredients. Located in Omaha, Nebraska in the Blackstone District. Operated by Chef Mathew Moser and director of operations Matt Carper. Also featured in this film is micro farmer Kevin Novak who runs Flavor Country Farms with his wife. He has an urban mushroom farm in Omaha, Nebraska as well as more of a traditional farm in Crescent, Iowa in the Loess Hills.
