Putting this here since people keep asking, all you need for funny damage is a high fire rate gun with a decently sized mag and the concussive and double shot quirks. Just be aware that it won't be nearly as strong as it was in this video since it was recorded close to when the game was released before concussive got nerfed to per volley instead of per hit.
(I just uploaded a video with another gun but with post nerf concussive so watch that if you want to compare)
Gun stats aren't too important, just needs a fairly high fire rate (around 9p/s should do) and a big mag or the drummed quirk so you can sustained fire.
