Subroutine Call:-
It is nothing but calling the Subroutine in the main program. The program control can be transferred from the current instruction to beginning of the subroutine that address is mentioned in the Subroutine call. It is similar to calling the function in the main program, then the program control can be transferred from calling function to called function.

Ex: Call Subroutine A 100
The above instruction transfer the program control from the current instruction to 100th line by storing the content of PC in the memory stack(399 location).

Subroutine Return:-

This instruction is available at the last instruction in the subroutine, by using the instruction, we are transferring the program control from the current subroutine to the return address stored in the memory stack i.e., transferring the program control from the current subroutine to the main program(5th instruction). It is similar to the transferring the program control from called function to calling function in the main program.
