Butter garlic chicken || how to make
Ingredients-
Chicken, butter, garlic, maida, cron flour, coriander leaves, salt to taste, oregano, chilli flakes,
Step - 1 [Marinate Chicken]
Mix chicken with crushed pepper, salt & maida
Keep a side for 15 minutes
Step - 2 [pan fry]
Take a pan and some oil & butter
And add marinated chicken Fry each side for atleast 2-3 minutes, and take it out and keep it side.
Step -3 [Adding chicken]
Take a pan and add some Butter into it
Add Garlic and maida into it and mix it well
And some Water then continue with adding fried chicken, then 1tsp of Oregano, 2tbsp of Pepper powder, Tsp of Chilli flakes & ad salt to taste. Mix all together and add some Corn flour water mix, sprinkle with Chopped coriander
Serve hot
